The County of Yuba will receive bids for the Yuba County Library Renovation Project - Tween Room. A. Description: Provide all tools, labor, materials, fabrication, equipment, appliances, appurtenances, transportation and services required necessary for and incidental to the completion of work indicated by the Contract Documents for the tenant improvements for the YUBA COUNTY LIBRARY RENOVATION PROJECT - TWEEN ROOM. The Project consists of the tenant improvements inside an existing single story with mezzanine of approximately 25,000 square foot building.Life safety improvements will include egress path of travel improvements. Critical maintenance upgrades will include; new glass collapsible walls, new exit doors, new windows for energy efficiency, and new HVAC for energy efficiency, retrofitting the lighting with an energy-savings LED product with new suspended acoustical ceiling tiles; new electrical, new hvac duct work, new roof access; install new room signage and door hardware for improved accessibility, infilling roll up garage door and current exit door next to the garage roll up door, installing access door in power room, relocating roof access ladder, infilling the floor in the garage. The project will also include significant modernization elements, to include the new tween rooms, enhancing the broadband to 10G and improving the interior wayfinding signage and finishes. New book display Shelving will be installed, and new study tables will also be installed. All Work described above includes site improvements such as grading, drainage, paving, fencing, landscape and irrigation work also as indicated on the drawings & specifications.
