This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all respondents. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified respondents to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender.
