Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Burnaby, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 72-unit multi-residential development.
Proposed project to accommodate 72 beds/units of Women's Transition Housing TIMELINE: Negotiated Request for Proposals ("the NRFP") issued by the BC Housing Management Commission to prospective proponents to provide Prime Consultant and Architectural Services to develop a purpose-built Women's Transition Housing building in Lower Mainland, BC has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The Prime Consultant will act as the Lead Architect and coordinate professionals hired by BC Housing and be responsible for all stages of project development including schematic design, design development, construction documents, tendering, (i.e., preparing drawing package and specification, etc.), contract administration during construction closeout and, warranty review phase. The Prime Consultant will be responsible for the professional quality and technical accuracy of all designs and documentation they submit for approvals from authorities having jurisdiction and BC Housing's review and sign-off. Further update once a preferred proponent is indentified.
