Renovation of an educational facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
BCIT invites general contractors to submit a firm price quotation of the work, labour, and materials required and/or implied outlined herein this Invitation to Tender opportunity. The construction involves re-roofing of two roof areas on the SE 06 building with new insulated roof assemblies to meet present code requirements. The work includes the removal and replacement of all the existing roofing assembly material down to the existing support deck or concrete deck and the installation of new roof assembly, roof scuppers and drains, rooftop mechanical equipment lifts, ductwork and all related work. Disconnection and reconnection of rooftop mechanical units, along with all other details and warranties are required and as noted in the tender drawings and technical specification manual.
