Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Design of a new boardwalk, including preliminary and detailed design and Field Reviews. The boardwalk is anticipated to be a floating-style structure. Installation of the new boardwalk, including construction of an anchoring system, superstructure (timber or steel), decking, railings, approaches to the boardwalk, trail reinstatement and possibly scour protection. Site furnishing, including seating and signage installation. Disassembly and removal of the existing boardwalk. Clean up and site restoration, including revegetation of disturbed areas. Other related work and/or matters including but not limited to construction of temporary trail improvements for site access, environmental protection and mitigation measures, and compliance with safety requirements. Proposed services include Phase A - Preliminary Design, Phase B Detailed Design, Phase C - Engineering Construction Services and Phase D - Construction Documents can be obtained from https://metrovancouver.bidsandtenders.ca/
