Renovation of a municipal facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all respondents. The second phase, (Phase Two), will invite the qualified respondents to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation. Following Phase Two solicitation closing, bid results will be recorded and may be obtained by e-mailing a request to the address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. Work cover under this requirement comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the construction of Health Canada – Canadian Drug Analysis Centre (CDAC) Lab refit – Tenant Improvement at 3155 Willingdon Green, Burnaby, BC.
