McLeod Park Splash Pad Drainage Improvements In the plans for catch basin 6, the size of pipe towards the splash pad shall be changed from 12" to 4". If work must interfere with Sumter Street, the Contractor must coordinate with SCDOT on repair/replacement of pavement. All questions must be received by the Buyer, in writing, no later than 5:00PM (local time) Thursday, August 28, 2025. All addenda will be issued no later than 5:00PM (local time) Thursday, September 4, 2025. All bid submissions must be received by the Procurement Office prior to 2:00p.m. (local time) Thursday, September 11, 2025. The City of Myrtle Beach will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations regarding any plans or solicitation documents that are obtained from any source other than the City of Myrtle Beach. It is the Contractor's sole responsibility to verify the authenticity of all documents associated with this project. The Contractor will be liable for any losses, damages, costs, and/or expenses incurred by operating from plans that are not directly obtained from the City of Myrtle Beach. The project consists of adding a new drainage line to the new splash pad being installed in McLeod Park.
