Doc784155-A01 The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW), Safety & Security Administration (SSA), is seeking a Contractor to furnish material and labor to demo and remove the current asphalt flooring and replace with an approximate 11,070 square foot concrete slab requiring a 5,000-psi compressive strength. Demolition, removal, and installation services to be completed at the Salt Dome located at 2750 South Capitol Street, SE, Washington, DC 20032. Vapor barrier millage required, Number 5 rebar, tied on 16" center, minimum slump test, smooth finish with minimum expansion joints, sealant acceptable for salt load conditions. Expansion sealant around perimeter at wall contacts - Demolish, Removal, and Installation Services of Concrete Flooring Pad - S Capitol St SW Washington, DC 20373 -Demo and remove from site, existing asphalt overlay flooring inside ofsalt dome. - Contractor shall have all work completed by September 19,2025. The District contemplates award of a Firm Fixed-price contract in accordance with 27 DCMR Chapter 24. Unit price shall include all applicable costs. Q/A- If a prospective bidder has any questions relative to this solicitation, the prospective bidder shall submit the questions electronically via the District's E-sourcing system's instructions. The prospective bidder shall submit questions no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on August 14, 2025.
