Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Installation of approximately 2,880 L.F. of 8"-24" restrained joint waterline by open cut and directional drilling. Work also includes installation of 2" waterline, valves, bends, tees, anchor couplings, service connections, fire hydrants, concrete pavement, sidewalk, access ramps, storm sewer, curb inlets, demolition and removals, erosion control, traffic control & all other work necessary to complete the project located along Learner Ave. from 19th Street to 23rd Street in Lawrence, Kansas.
