Request for statements qualifications for design professional services for the olive street office building renovation project. The Board of County Commissioners of Hancock County, Ohio ("Owner"), is soliciting statements of qualifications for an Office Renovation Project to be executed upon and within the newly acquired Hancock County Offices at 401 Olive Street in Findlay, Ohio (the "Project"). Construction on this limited scope renovation Project is intended to begin yet this Autumn 2025. Beginning August 19, 2025, architectural and/or engineering firms interested in providing the design professional services for the Project may obtain the full Owner's Request for Statements of Qualifications for Design Professional Services for the Olive Street Office Building Renovation Project, which provides preliminary floor plans and additional details regarding the Project as well as details regarding the procedures, timeline, and conditions for evaluating a statement of qualifications, by contacting: Hancock County Commissioners' Office in Findlay, Ohio Timothy K.
