Site work for a water / sewer project in Findlay, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit payable to the Hancock County Commissioners, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) on the contract price will be required as part of the contract. SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE GIVEN to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment and performance bond for 100% of the contract price. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual opening thereof. Each Project to be completed by: October 31, 2025. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 at 4:00 PM ET - Prospective bidders may address inquiries to Jessica Sells through the online. All inquiries must be submitted. Event Bid description: Paper and fax copies will not be accepted for bid submittal. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all project plans. An electronic signature or digital ID along with a per bid fee or monthly subscription will be required for bidders to submit an electronic bid. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favourable to the County.
