This project consists of the replacement of the water main in Morrical Boulevard between Bliss Ave. and Lima Ave. and in Lima Avenue between Morrical Blvd. and Byal Ave. The project will include but not be limited to approximately 3,929 LF of 12-inch C900 waterline, 224 LF of 8- inch C900 waterline, 82 LF of 6-inch C900 waterline, 6-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch connections, ten fire hydrants and various fittings. Abandoning of the existing water system including removal of valves and fire hydrants, grading & seeding, maintenance of traffic and asphalt pavement repair, as required, are also included. The existing system must remain in service until the system is complete, including service connections by City forces. Rock excavation will be required.
