Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Provisions for Liquidated Damages Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Completion The Work Shall Be Completed by No Later Than December 5, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After the Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
