Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Walworth County Metropolitan Sewerage District (WalCoMet or District) owns and operates wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment facilities in the Walworth County area. These assets include multiple sites with paved asphalt private drives and parking areas. The District seeks qualified contractors to submit a proposal to provide crack filling and seal coating as part of an ongoing asphalt maintenance program. Approximate asphalt areas are provided. Contractor shall field verify actual extents and quantities (surface area and cracks) prior to bidding as needed. Site visits can be coordinated at request. No site visits will be offered the day before or the day of bidding. The District may elect to contract all, some, or none of the work based on the proposals received. Include "2025 Crack Repair and Seal Coating" in the subject line. All submittals shall include the completed bid form in a PDF scanned format. Scope o Route (new cracks), clean, and seal random cracks and existing joints o Seal coat asphalt surfaces (1 coat - a 2nd coat may be negotiated as-needed) o Provide painted pavement markings to match existing markings where present o Provide all necessary equipment to complete the work. o Provide traffic control devices to limit access after the work is completed. Note that the District's areas are not public roadways.
