Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and detention facility.
The bid solicited is for the Walworth County Sheriff's Office hot water heating upgrades. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for Sheriff's office hot water upgrades. The bid will include selective demolition of existing boilers, pumps, associated equipment, cabinet unit heaters, controls, and installation of new boilers, pumps, cabinet unit heaters and new controls that are identified on the mechanical and electrical contract documents. The work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction.
