Walworth County, Wisconsin will receive sealed electronic bids for Project Sheriff's Office Exterior Building Remediation Questions Due Date: Sep 26th 2025, 3:00 PM CDT In general, the work includes installation of a metal cladding over existing masonry walls. Specific questions regarding this Request for Bid may be submitted through online The bid solicited is for the general remediation of various exterior building envelope concerns at the jail including the following: 1) Add weeps and vents to top and bottom of masonry veneer where none currently exist as well as at wall openings. 2) Repair damaged mortar at exterior jail housing pod walls. 3) Remove surface rust and repaint select exterior detention doors and frames. 4) Replace exterior detention door frame and reinstall existing door. 5) Replace existing hollow metal double door with new double door with removable mullion.
