Classroom Tech Upgrades and Remediation. Work of this Contract comprises all required limited demolition, general renovation construction, and data and technology work to affect the remediation of non-conforming work from past projects and to complete scope of work not previously performed during past projects. For remediation work, the contractor is to compare the as-built documents to the conformed set of drawings and identify gaps. Contractor to bring as-built conditions into alignment with Conformed Documents. Contractor is to make a best effort of fully identifying non-conforming issues through pre-bid walks and questions during the bidding process to provide a bid that represents the scope of work. A detailed discovery walk, following award, will be used to confirm non-conforming work and finalize scope. Upon completion of discovery phase, final scope and costing will be refined through change order and/or deductive change order and reflected in updated contract documents.
