The walnut park building was originally built in 1951 and is an approximately 99,412 gross square feet (gaff) space. Walnut park currently houses the northeast health centre, a dental clinic, a meals on wheels dining centre, and the urban league of Portland's multicultural senior centre. It is also home to county offices and service centres, including the department of county human services, its aging, disability and veterans services division and a homeless services department shelter. The county seeks a development contractor to work with the county to develop the project Contract award through this sourcing event process, the county is seeking to award one contract.
