Site work and remodeling of a water / sewer project in Portland, Oregon. Design plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project originated in the Pump Station Improvement Program. Remodel pump station for improved reliability and maintenance. Remodel includes wet well modification, new submersible pumps, onsite electrical controls building and generator shelter, and odor treatment. The project is included in the city's 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 21, 2025, project is in design and will continue through 2025. The contractor advertisement, bid, and selection process will follow. Construction of the new pump station is anticipated to begin in December of 2026 and take two years to complete. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
