This project constructs a new 42-inch/48-inch trunk line in NE Portland between the intersections of NE 29th Ave/Sandy Blvd and NE 12th Ave/Davis St. Also known as " Sandy Boulevard Sewer and Stormwater Project" The project is included in the city's 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of August 21, 2025, design is underway. Construction is currently expected to begin February 2026 and take up to two years to complete. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
