Site work for a municipal facility in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Bids must be received early enough to ensure they a re received and processed through the City's mail service in time. Any bids received, after the bid submittal deadline will not be accepted. Proposals shall be on forms included m the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw7 their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the awrard nd execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. Prospective Bidders desiring an explanation or interpretation of the Bid Documents, shall request the explanation or interpretation in writing by close of business four (4) business days preceding the bid opening to allow a written reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their Bids. Question Deadline 09/02/2025 Questions regarding this bid may be directed to the Project Manager, Bennett Ashbaugh, at 425-837-3473 or Bennett.A@Issaquahwa.gov Project Description The Work to be performed is the removal of the 4 existing Dynamic Message Sign boards, control cabinets, and wiring from the existing poles and mast arms. The existing pole and mast arm(s) shall remain. Install 4 new DMS boards on the existing mast arms and cabinets on the existing pole, including wiring and connectivity. The Work to be performed provides for the replacement of 4 existing Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in various locations throughout the City ROW. This work includes but is not limited to the removal of the 4 existing Dynamic Message Sign boards, control cabinets, and wiring from the existing poles and mast arms. The existing pole and mast arm(s) shall remain in place. The Contractor shall then install 3 Daktronics Vanguard 48" x 160" full color LED matrix Display and control cabinets, as well as 1 Daktronics Vanguard 48" x 80" full color LED matrix display and control cabinet at 4 different locations. This work will also include the addition of new wiring, fiber optic cabling, and all other equipment or materials needed to complete the work. Fiber Optic cabling shall be provided by the City for the Contractor to Install. All cabinets shall be 336S PoleMounted Cabinets.
