Site work and paving for a road / highway in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work to be performed pro-vides for the improvement of various roadways throughout the City of Issaquah. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Asphalt patching, asphalt over-lays, base preparation, shoulder restoration, utility adjustments, temporary and permanent striping, temporary access wedges, and all traffic control personnel and devices required to complete the scope of work outlined herein these contract documents. All work described under the terms of this contract shall be completed within 55 working days following the date of commencement. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of all schedules.
