Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and necessary permits to upgrade the energy efficiency of one residence and the science center building by eliminating the existing heating system and installing a new ducted heat pump for each property at the Department's Issaquah Hatchery, located at 125 W Sunset Way, Issaquah, Washington 98027, GPS Coordinates 47.52997, -122.03854, in King County. Engineer's Estimate: $40,000 For information or technical questions regarding this project, email CAMP.Bids@dfw.wa.gov with the project title and project number in subject line. This email may also be used to request copies of the project's posted documents (Drawings, Specifications, Addenda). If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. The Apprenticeship Utilization Requirements are identified in Section 00100 Instructions To Bidder. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor & Industries, Apprenticeship Programs. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
