Site work and paving for a civil project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Blackfish Civil Infrastructure, with an awarded amount of $658,851.68.** The Work to be performed includes installing two modular wetland vaults, two 48" diam. manholes, one 72" diam. Manhole/ flow splitter, one 60" diam. Manhole/CDS Unit. 39 LF of 12" CPE storm pipe, 58 LF of 1.5" CPE storm pipe, asphalt and landscape restoration, and temporary sediment and erosion control. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount, not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest, responsible bid for aggregate total of all schedules.
