Renovation of a parking garage in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Parking Structure Repairs. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract. Any question regarding the documents must be directed at the office of the Architect/Engineer: Morrison Maierle 2800 Technology Blvd. W. Bozeman, MT 59718 (406) 922-6835 jfischer@m-m.net No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Budget $1.0MM - $1.5MM. Any requests for product substitution must be made to the Architect/Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening for consideration by the Architect/Engineer. Any request for substitution made after this time restriction, including those made after award or during project construction, may be rejected without consideration by either the Architect/Engineer or the Owner.
