Any requests for product substitution must be made to the Architect/Engineer at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening for consideration by the Architect/Engineer. Any request for substitution made after this time restriction, including those made after award or during project construction, may be rejected without consideration by either the Architect/Engineer or the Owner.
