Reference Number 0000396464 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional services for a Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa). The selected CMa will augment the City of Aspen's project management staff in coordination of project progression and construction oversight. The City is soliciting this proposal for project management expertise and assistance not turnkey construction management. The CMa's expertise will be leveraged to assist with pre-construction, construction, and post construction services subsequently described in this RFP. The project will include but is not limited to: Construction Manager as Advisor services to assist the City of Aspen staff in managing construction documents development, project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction and insurance procurement as well as construction management, punchlist, certificates of occupancy, closeout and warranty for an adaptive reuse of Armory Hall, which is a historically designated building and includes remodel of the building, new vertical construction, along with traditional civil, utilities, excavation and foundation horizontal construction.
