The work, in general, to be done under this contract consists of installation and monitoring and/or maintenance of fire, intrusion and carbon monoxide alarm systems at various City facilities. The is a one year contract with the option for four (4) additional years in accordance with the Special Provisions. Contractor shall possess a C-10 Electrical Contractor License, a C-16 Fire Protection Contractor License, and a California Contractor's License "B". Contractor shall maintain same in a current status for the duration of the contract and warranty period(s). A NICET Certification is also required. Upon award of contract, Contractor shall obtain a City of Chico Business License and shall maintain in a current status for the duration of the contract and warranty period(s).
