Street/Roadway Reconstruction The Project includes asphalt pavement, base aggregate dense, breaker run, common excavation and culverts on 345th Street between Wisconsin 29 and 80th Ave. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within 72 hours of the bid opening to CBS Squared, Inc. The City of Stanley reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three (3) lowest bidders for a period not to exceed 61 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 61 Days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
