The base aggregate must conform to WI-DOT-Part 300, Standard Specifications for Highway & Structure Construction. The product should be quoted and billed per yard. Bidders are instructed to contact the specified town representative for specifications and to submit a sealed bid. Bids will be opened at the designated date and location. The Town of Colburn reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
