Select a qualified firm to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for the pre - construction and construction phases of the Lakeside Fire Station and Durbin Park Community Center, which is located at 2253 Lakeside Drive, Kissimmee, FL 34743. This fire station will border Durbin Park Community Center, and services provided by this fire station will include structural firefighting and emergency medical. The City of Kissimmee (hereafter CITY) is constructing one new fire station and one community center located within City limits on CITY owned land. The construction project for the fire station and the community center described herein will require all pre - construction, construction, and construction management services necessary to construct the project as designed and permitted. The fire station as described herein shall be constructed to a prototype building design coupled with a site - specific civil design package. All site work, utilities, and construction of buildings, areas, and venues, required to provide fully functional facilities shall be the responsibility of the CMAR selected for the project. The selected CMAR shall be responsible for performing in accordance with the Detailed Scopes of Work described herein.
