FURNISHING CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION, RECYCLING AND/OR DISPOSAL BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY MAIL OR HAND DELIVERY. The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County will not be responsible for Bid Packages not arriving at the time and place designated. supplying the following information: 1) Company Name, 2) Contact person name and email address, 3) Company phone and fax numbers, 4) Written request for bid document within the body of the email. All questions regarding the Specifications, Instructions to Bidders and Bid Forms must be submitted, in writing, to Jonathan Knittel, Director of Operations ten (10) days prior to bid opening. Bids will be on the forms provided in the bid package in the manner designated therein and addressed to the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County, 500 Mt. Pisgah Avenue, Post Office Box 587, Oxford, New Jersey 07863-0587, and clearly marked on the outside "BID FURNISHING CONTRACTOR SERVICES FOR HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION DAYS 2026/2027." Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, but not to exceed $20,000.00, payable to the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County. All Bidders must comply with the mandatory requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 3.1 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding Affirmative Action responsibilities of contractors. The PCFAWC reserves the right to reject any or all bids due to any defects or waive informalities and accept or reject any bid that in its judgment will be in the best interest of the PCFAWC.
