Project No: P1336-00 - Fuel Tank Upgrades at Pequest Fish Hatchery, 605 Pequest Road, Oxford, Warren County, NJ. This project must be bid as a single bid (lump sum all trades). The bidder must be classified as General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) and must also be classified in, or list subcontractors classified in, Electrical (C047). Only contractors who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will have their bids accepted. Paper bids are not accepted; bids must be submitted electronically via the Bid Express service. This contract has a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) at either the prime or subcontract level. The project has specific minority (5%) and female (6.9%) percentage goals per skilled craft. Bidders must comply with all relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations, and various classifications, security, and set-aside requirements as specified.
