Your firm is invited to submit a Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal to become eligible for a possible interview to conduct Flow Monitoring Services located in Separate Sanitary Sewer Basins. Attached to this memo are: 1. A list of materials and information that should be included with your Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal (Exhibit A). 2. A general definition of the scope of work and a schedule of dates and requirements for the selection process (Exhibit B). Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
