Renovation of a parking garage in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The project includes but is not limited to the following bid items: Tee to tee joint sealant replacement, cove joint sealant replacement, and the re-welding of tee flanges that were broken as directed by the Village. A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Village, is required, unless otherwise stated in the bid package. The deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a bank cashiers check. The Contract shall be substantially performed within seventy (70) days after the Notice to Proceed is effective The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village.
