The project consists of maintenance of traffic signals and rectangular rapid flashing beacons for which the Village has maintenance responsibility Questions regarding this project should be directed to Luke Foresman, PE at Public Works at 847-870-5640. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities, technicalities, and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. Illinois Department of Transportation pre-qualification is required for this project.
