Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.

A Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contrac-tor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified clos-ing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Matt Dziubinski, Director of Parks & Planning, 1000 W. Central Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois. Bidders are required to submit two (2) copies of an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement to the offices of Nicholas & Associates, Inc., 1001 Feehanville Drive, Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056, prior to the bid date. The Park District Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of thereof, or waive any irregu-larities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. It is the policy Mt. Prospect Park District to provide equal opportunity to all qualified businesses in the awarding of contracts and accordingly promotes the utilization of diversified businesses to the maximum extent feasible in any contract issued against this solicitation to bid.
