Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in South Holland, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES The Board of Library Trustees of the South Holland Public Library is soliciting qualifications from professional firms to provide construction management services for three (3) projects at the South Holland Public Library located at 16250 Wausau Ave, South Holland, IL 60473. The project at the South Holland Public Library will include (3) main areas of renovation in the current scope of work. The first area is the renovation of an existing exterior +/- 1000 sf lower level youth patio. The second area is the renovation of the lower level public restrooms. The third area is the renovation an existing +/- 500 sf main level exterior patio including a new ADA accessible ramp. All three projects would be completed concurrently in the Spring/Summer of 2026. The Library Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any submission.
