As of 9/12/25, this project has not yet been awarded. Project set to be awarded on 9/16/25. The Project includes eight (8) sanitary spot repairs. The Construction Contract for this project is subject The Prevailing Wage Act, Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act, and the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified, check, cash or bid bond, or an accept able form of Proposal Guarantyinan amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
