The successful bidder will contact the Facility Manager, Tim Seagraves (803)533- 6069, to confirm date for the pre-construction meeting and the final inspection once determined. Scope. Remove existing shingles and underlayment. Inspect wooden roof deck for any damaged wood and replace as needed. Properly clean all loose and foreign matter, dust, and debris. Install new high temp Ice and Water Shield underlayment. Install new 24Ga. MRS 1000 standing seam prefinished 16 per manufacturers specifications and requirements. Install 24Ga. MRS pre- flashings, trim, and all system accessories per manufacturers specifications and requirements meeting SMACNA / ES-1 ratings and specifications. Properly flash all roof penetrations per manufacturers specifications and requirements. If applicable, remove existing gutter system to allow new drip edge to be properly installed. (Existing gutter system to be reinstalled once drip edge is installed).
