Renovation of an educational facility in Newark, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project involves furnishing, installation and start up of Auto-Body Spray Booth, Mixing Room and Prep Workstation within the existing conditions and dimension requirements of the space. All bid questions must be submitted electronically. All questions must be submitted by September 18, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
