The Eastern Idaho Regional Solid Waste District (EIRSWD) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from engineering firms to provide on-call solid waste engineering and consulting services for the District's landfill and its associated waste system. Proposal Minimum Content: Interested and qualified firms are invited to submit informa-tion that demonstrates their experience in performing profes-sional services of this scale and complexity. Documentation is limited to six (6) pages (not including the front and back covers, table of contents, a one-page cover letter, and one-page re-sumes to include as an appendix) and shall include the follow-ing information: The firm's principal and key staff to be assigned to this proj-ect, their role on the project, and a brief description of experi-ence and expertise. A certified statement that the firm is registered in Idaho and licensed to perform professional engineering services in Idaho. List of experience working for the EIRSWD and its member counties (Madison County, Clark County, Teton County, and Fremont County). Demonstrated understanding of the Idaho Code for munici-pal solid waste landfills. Minimum three (3) references, including the name, address, email, and telephone number.
