The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) requires construction services to provide hurricane hardening at the generator farm. The project involves constructing a structural enclosure over approximately 8,500 square feet of exposed space to protect equipment and personnel during hurricanes. All work must be completed within 900 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), in accordance with construction drawings and specifications prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm. **Location:** VA Caribbean Healthcare System, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR 00921.
