The project includes removal of the existing Power Generator and Enclousre, disposal, preparation of the site for the new geneartor, providing and installing a 150kW generator including day tank, sound attenuating enclosure and appurtenances including transfer switches in the administration building and maintenance building for a complete and operable backup power system. The Bidder shall provide a 5% bond Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds and other instruments which protect the OWNER against loss Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or approved Bid Bond in the amount stated in the Notice Inviting Bids Notice to Proceed is planned for September 19, 2025. Work shall be completed by March 20, 2026. that as liquidated damages for delay (but not as a penalty) the CONTRACTOR shall pay the OWNER $500.00 The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as the OWNER in its sole discretion shall determine may best serve the interest of the OWNER.
