A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Questions due by: 10/10/2025 no later than 1pm MT to online Parking lot Lighting Installation at Storm Mountain Park, 11400 S. 1000 E. in Sandy, Utah Contractor shall provide a complete lighting design package including: o Site layout with proposed pole and fixture locations o Photometric analysis demonstrating uniform light distribution and minimal glare o Electrical load calculations and panel integration o Compliance documentation for Dark Sky standards Design must be submitted for review and approval prior to procurement or installation. Installation Scope o Excavate and install concrete foundations for light poles o Install underground conduit and electrical wiring o Mount and secure poles and fixtures per approved design o Connect to existing electrical service or install new service panel if required o Ensure proper grounding, surge protection, and code-compliant connections Deadline for submittal of questions is Friday, October 10, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted in writing to: https://sandycity.ionwave.net/Login.aspx
