The Herkimer Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for: Capital Project - Plumbing The Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Bidding/Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Document Acquisition Notes : Bidding/Contract Documents may be obtained at Plan & Print, 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, New York 13211 (telephone: 315-437-5111, fax: 315-463-1510) upon receipt of a $100.00 deposit per set. Deposit checks for Bidding/Contract Documents shall be made payable to Herkimer Central School District. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Prospective Bidders will be issued a maximum of two sets each. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate. SED Project No.: Building A - Junior/Senior High School SED 21-06-01-06-0-001-019, Building B - Elementary School SED 21-06-01-06-0-006-019 Building D - Concessions Building SED 21-06-01-06-7-011-002 Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Bidding/Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone.
