Renovation of a conference / convention center in Champaign, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
As of October 3, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 8, 2025. The project consists of: The installation of an Owner furnished natural gas standby generator and automatic transfer switch package. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of thirty (30) days after submission. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities in the bids, and determine the lowest responsible bidder.
