Renovation of a municipal facility in St. John's, Newfoundland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1st location - Ground floor - The study includes the addition of one All Access (AA) adjacent to the existing men's washroom. SOW for this project includes an investigation to determine if this space can be modified to add two AA washrooms without interfering with PSPC's spaces or alternatively adding a multi stall AA washroom in this space. This alternative is to be presented to the client (including sketches, markups, or any information required to demonstrate feasibility) prior to starting design. Complete design based on client's decision. 2nd location - Floor 4 - Complete design as per study recommendation 3rd location - Floor 8 - Option proposed in study does not work (encroaches on tenant space). SOW for this project includes an investigation to determine if this option can be moved to Vacant space 805L. This alternative is to be presented to the client (including sketches, markups, or any information required to demonstrate feasibility) prior to starting design. Complete design based on client's decision. 4th location - Floor 9 - Complete design as per study recommendation 5th location - Floor 10 - SOW for this project include investigating if the proposed space 1001 PSPC storage can be used due to being occupied and propose an alternative space if it can't be used This alternative is to be presented to the client (including sketches, markups, or any information required to demonstrate feasibility) prior to starting design. Complete design based on client's decision. TIMELINE: A Request for Quote for design services has closed. Award details are unreleased.
