Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Penn Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.

As of October 27, 2025, the project has not yet awarded. Three bids will be part of this project. Bid #1 includes the rehabilitation of the existing driveway, creation of new ADA accessible parking spaces, construction of a gravel parking area, extension of existing stormwater collection system, and incidental items related to the project. Bid #2 includes the construction of pavilion style additions to the existing concession building, Bid #3 includes construction of a paved parking lot on the east side of the existing driveway. All Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by a certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety payable to the Summit Hill Borough, in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, and to waive any informality in the Bidding. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond each equal to the amount of the total Bid.
