Description: This invitation to bid (itb) is issued to cover requirements for the department of transportation that supply materials listed Within the contract and other materials approved by the engineer to the designated delivery location(s). The contractor is Advised that this contract is considered a supply contract. The quantities in the proposal are based on estimated needs for The required activities within the maintenance area(s). Questions must be submitted before the date identified above in order to receive a response. All inquiries must be submitted via E-mail to: DOT-ask@delaware.gov. Each awarded vendor's contract and prices shall be valid for an initial Term of three (3) years from contract execution. The requirement for a Bid Bond has been waived. There is no Performance Bond required. Performance-based Rating System - 29 Del.c. $6962 (C)(12)(a) Requires Deldot to Include a Performance-based Rating System for Contractors.
