The Project includes the construction of a gravity sewer collection system to serve the Cherry Creek Valley property which includes a mobile home park, Happy Go Lucky RV park, and residential homes located along Cherry Walk Drive and Camp Arrowhead Drive. The gravity system will convey flow to a proposed sanitary sewer pump station which will convey flow via a proposed sanitary sewer force main to an existing force main at the intersection of Camp Arrowhead Dr and Waterview Rd. The project will also include associated work including road restoration within Cherry Creek Valley, Happy Go Lucky, Cherry Walk and surrounding areas in Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Current Delaware State Prevailing Wages and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply on this project and are contained in the Bidding Documents.
